1. In sports it's common that you trow water or champagne or any drink on your coach after you won a game.
2. I would assume the shutter speed is medium because it is a little bit blurry.
3. Yes I think it is a key moment but I don't think it was planned because I'd say it just happened out of the winning of the team.
4. Maybe they've played with shutter speed and ISO.
